Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the SENSE AI Truth Verification System ("The System"). By accessing and using this application, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Not a Medical Device

The physiological data displayed (including Heart Rate/BPM and Heart Rate Variability) is derived using Remote Photoplethysmography (rPPG) via a standard webcam. This is NOT a medical-grade measurement. The System should not be used for health diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment.

2. Accuracy of Truth Verification

The "Truth Score," "Risk Level," and "Suspicion Analysis" are generated by Artificial Intelligence algorithms based on probabilistic models of micro-expressions, voice acoustics, and gaze tracking.

These results are estimates and can be influenced by lighting, camera quality, and individual user variance.
The System cannot definitively prove truth or deception in a legal sense.
The developers are not liable for any actions taken based on these results.

3. Privacy & Data Processing

The System processes video and audio data in real-time to extract biometric features. While we employ encryption (AES-256) for data transmission:

Users should be aware that no internet transmission is 100% secure.
Do not upload sensitive, classified, or PII (Personally Identifiable Information) documents into the Context Analysis engine.

4. User Responsibility

The user assumes full responsibility for the use of this software. The creators of SENSE disclaim all liability for damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this software.
